F.15 SETASTUC

Single-component cement-based decorative grout, suitable for joints between 0 and 6 mm, characterized by an extremely smooth surface finish, thus by a very pleasant to the touch and to the sight.

Its formulation, based on cements with high abrasion and compression resistance, polymers with high technological content and special additives, is the result of decades of experience of CERCOL and gives the product almost unique properties in its category.

F.15 SETASTUC is available in 5 kg Alupack packages in 20 kg boxes and now also in 2 kg Alupack packages in 16 kg boxes.

F.55 CERFIX

Deformable single-component quartz adhesive with mixed binders, with an extended open time, no vertical slip, based on very high compression resistant cements and on special additives that give the product a high flexibility (classified C2TE S1 according to EN 12004 norm). Thanks to the perfect compromise between resistance and flexibility, it can be used for bonding any ceramic material on any kind of cement-based substrate, both on floors and walls. F.55 CERFIX Grey is particularly suitable for laying large format ceramic material, even on heated screeds and on external façades. Instead, F.55 CERFIX White, thanks to its TOTAL WHITE and highly thixotropic formulation, is ideal for laying vitreous/ceramic mosaic, even in swimming pools and wellness centres. F.55 CERFIX is very appreciated the users not only for its very high final performance but also for its high ease of application and its low dust yield during mixing.

F.55 CERFIX white/grey is now available also in 5 kg Alupack packages in 20 kg boxes.

F.73 CIMENT RAPID

Premixed mouldable ultra-fast setting compound based on special binders, quartz inerts and synthetic additives for the fixing of railings, clamps, window frames, shelves, anchors, bars, sheaths and electrical boxes.

Not subject to shrinkage and subsequent cracks, this product develops high mechanical resistances in a very short time.

The hardening time of this product, between 2 and 3 minutes from the application, allows its use also to stop small water infiltrations in underground structures.

It is now available also in 5 kg Alupack packages in 20 kg boxes.

F.74 MALTA REFRATTARIA

Premixed mortar based on special binders and additives with high temperature resistance. Having a thermal resistance up to a temperature of 600°C, this product can be used for installation and levelling of blocks of refractory material while building or repairing fireplaces, stoves, barbecues, chimneys made with refractory bricks, ovens for foodstuffs.

Characterized by excellent workability and easily spreadable, it can also be used to realise plasters and smoothing on refractory materials at high temperatures.

It is now available in 5 kg Alupack packages in 20 kg boxes.

F.76 FINITURA

Cement-based floatable finishing product with high adhesion for smooth float finish of concrete supports, concrete supports repairs made with mortars for restoration, cement-based plasters, vertical surfaces treated with quartz paints well anchored.

F.76 FINITURA, despite being highly additivated with polymer, thus conform with EN 1504-2 and EN 998-1 norms, is characterized by a very high workability both in the process of application and in the following refinement step by float.

The surfaces finished with F.76 FINITURA are perfectly adequate for paints of any type and, in addition, allow the subsequent laying of ceramic and stone material and vitreous mosaic.

F.76 FINITURA

F.76 FINITURA è un rasante cementizio frattazzabile ad elevata adesione per la finitura civile fine di supporti in calcestruzzo, riparazioni di supporti in calcestruzzo eseguite con malte da ripristino, intonaci cementizi, superfici verticali trattate con pitture al quarzo ben ancorate e coerenti.

F.76 FINITURA, pur essendo un prodotto altamente additivato con polimero e quindi conforme alle normative EN 1504-2 e EN 998-1, è caratterizzato da un’altissima lavorabilità sia nella fase della stesura che nella successiva fase di rifinitura mediante frattazzo.

Le superfici regolarizzate con F.76 FINITURA sono perfettamente idonee per ricevere pitture di qualsiasi tipo e permettono inoltre la successiva posa di materiale ceramico, lapideo o di mosaico vetroso.
F.76 FINITURA è ora disponibile anche in confezioni Alupack da 5 kg in scatole da 20 kg.
